Job Skills, Qualifications and experience requirements: B.Com (Honours), Appropriate Taxation Certification ESSENTIAL, Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Corporate tax and regulatory compliance  work ESSENTIAL, Knowledge and expertise dealing with regulatory bodies in various jurisdictions  across Africa,  Proficient in Ms Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Good Taxation skills, Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Job Description: Conduct monthly Tax Account. Analysis for all companies in the Group. Conduct monthly Corporate Tax Account Reconciliations for all companies in the Group. Conduct monthly VAT Account Reconciliations and Returns for all companies in the Group. Conduct monthly Tax Computations for all companies in the Group. Compile and submit quarterly submissions to Committee. Handle SARS queries. Compile and submit provisional tax payments for all companies in the Group. Compile and submit annual tax returns for all companies in the Group. Finance Director. Corporate tax and Regulatory Compliance officer Africa. Take appropriate actions in terms of annual audit review findings.  Supervise and administer defects and enhancements to systems to facilitate tax reporting & calculations. Develop training material and conduct training in area of expertise  Act as SME on taxation matters within business e.g. VAT, Corporate tax, PAYE, etc. Maintain service, quality and desired outputs within a specific functional process through ensuring compliance to tactical policies, procedures and standards. Develop work routines in line with operational plans / schedules in order to manage achievement of service delivery goals. Share knowledge on, and participate in the creation of new standards, control systems and procedures to maintain service delivery. Share and transfer product, process and systems knowledge. Collaborate and work with Taxation to ensure required service levels are delivered. Track and resolve operational and performance variations Manage areas of critical compliance and actively manage non-conformance Ensure adherence to financial and corporate policies and procedures, and reduce wastage related to area of accountability. Take accountability for the management of business related risks within own area. Operate within agreed mandates as documented in the business rules. Ensure adherence to organisational policies, practices and procedures. Ad-hoc Corporate and Statutory Fiscal Reporting’ for example NRCS & STATSSA. Report all statutory submissions to the Chief Legal Officer, Additional, Med Aid & Pension as part of CTC
