The successful applicants will fulfill the positions as German Customer Service Associates to join the Clientâ??s Retail Customer Service Department.

 Our Client, a leading, global contact-centre with offices situated in Cape Town, currently has open vacancies for applicants who has fair/ basic verbal German communication skills. The successful applicants will fulfil the positions as German Customer Service Associates to join the Client’s Retail Customer Service Department.

Minimum Requirements: Matric/ equivalent, Basic/ fair verbal German communication skill, Fluent English verbal and written communication skill, An ability to work flexible shifts, A tertiary qualification would be advantageous

Main Responsibilities: Provide account and application support to customers, specifically with regards to software functionality and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings, Provide prompt, efficient and customer-oriented service to customers, Assume responsibility for developing detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features, Ensure internal reference pages are updated, Ensure interactive website features are operational and identify all problematic issues for immediate correction, Actively seek solutions to customer needs and identify trends to appropriate personnel, including possible solutions or suggestions, Develop expertise in the Client's Kindle product
