A well established company in Dubai is looking for an Executive Secretary responsible for the co-ordination of all office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate administrative effectiveness and efficiency.

This position must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.

Job skills & Abilities: Handle customer enquiries. Negotiate and understand all supplier contracts. Tendering experience preferred. UAE experience of at least 5 years
