Key Outputs. Target driven and seek to achieve above the required standard in sales, cash collections, credit controlling and stock management. Able to adapt to various environments when relieving and to take control in that environment in a short period of time. Demonstrate customer care and staff control through effective managerial skills. Be a strong motivator for sales and the staff in the store to generate above average sales.

Key Requirements: Confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed. Must have good communication skills and able to motivate staff. Have at least 2 years experience in a furniture retail business and been a manager. Must have a valid driver’s license and be transferable. Must have grade 12. Tertiary studies in Business Management will be advantageous.
