Description
On behalf of our client Essence Recruitment is currently recruiting for a customer service agent. 
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for greeting and working with the customers, taking payments, and various administration duties. This person will ensure Exceptional Customer Satisfaction to their customers and clients while promoting a positive working environment. This is a full time position time position that will rotate Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities:
    First point of contact with Customers. Maintain and encourage positive relationships with Clients by Client visits and constant follow up.
    Data entry, processing reports
    Invoicing and Billing
    Promote a positive work environment
    Follow, support and promote all company policies and procedures
    Handle complaints, inquiries and conflict in a professional manner
Experience and Key Competencies
    Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
    Strong people skills; customer focused
    Superior problem solver and conflict resolution skills
    Excellent communication skills, problem solving and assessment skills
    Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
