Job Title: Company Accountant - Immediate Start

Our client is a small to medium size enterprise based in Dublin. They are looking for a highly motivated Financial Controller to join their finance team in Dublin. The successful candidate reporting to the Directors will be responsible for all matters of financial management including budgets, projections, management accounts and cash flow.

Responsibilities:

    * Manage and control receivable accounts.
    * Manage and control payable accounts.
    * Advise on payment schedules based on cash flow.
    * Weekly debtors meeting.
    * Weekly payroll.
    * Preparation for annual audit.
    * Month close procedures.
    * Prepayments.
    * Accruals.
    * Fixed assets.
    * Fixed assets depreciation.
    * Bank reconciliation.
    * Salary journal.
    * Aged debtors analysis.
    * Stock journal.
    * Completion of P&L.
    * Period Trial balance.
    * Balance sheet.
    * Input data into BFT server.
    * Reporting procedures.
    * Management reports.
    * Weekly sales flash reports.

Requirements:

    * 2 - 3 years Financial Controller experience is desirable.
    * Part qualified or recently qualified Accountant with appropriate experience.
    * Proficient IT skills, for example Microsoft Excel.
