Description the Company: A medium sized Food Service Company that specializes in Organics, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, Coffee, Juices and Water. We import fresh produce from all around the world and focus on the supply to HORECA. We are a young, passionate and dynamic family run business, with a team of individuals from many international countries including Italy and South America. We require passionate and committed individuals with the motivation to succeed and the willingness to go the extra mile.

The Role: Your role is predominantly to build client relationships by acting as the interface between the client and company. Your goal is to maintain the company’s existing relationship with the customer and also identify opportunities for further development. You will be responsible for the management of a team of Account Managers, who will report directly into you regarding the performance of the Accounts allocated to them. You will be fully responsible for the development of all the accounts within the food service division, this predominately involves supply through the HORECA channel. You will report directly into the Food Service Director. You will also be responsible for new business development and identifying gaps in the market that could give us a competitive advantage. It is essential in this role to have a high level of customer service skills and have the ability to work in a high pressured and fast paced environment.

Requirements: At least two years of experience working as Sales Representative. With or without Valid Driving License. Experience of working in the United Arab Emirates
