Responding to queries telephonically/via emails.
Maintaining client records on database and providing reports.
Retrieving and filing of circulation information.
Other related general database/admin assistance.
Requirements
High level of computer literacy
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Typing skills - fast and accurate
Personal Skills/Attributes
Well-presented, enthusiastic and fast thinking individual with a positive attitude and strong admin skills
