Engineering Selection Consultant

At HRM Recruit, we are looking for an experienced Engineering Selection Consultant to join our Engineering Selection Team. As a member of this successful team the appointee will play an integral role in the development of business with both our existing client base, as well as new clients for HRM Recruit. The Engineering Selection Team work with leading client organisations in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Bio-Technology and FMCG sectors.

Our Engineering Selection Team consists of experienced recruiters who come from a technical background, through either industry experience or a third level qualification; they also possess the commercial and personality traits of successful recruiters. Their combined experience and knowledge ensures a far greater delivery capability than our nearest rivals in this space.

The position will…

    * Build and develop existing customer relationships through a focus on engagement, needs analysis and delivery.
    * Target and acquire new customers where HRM Recruit can add significant value and enable customer success.
    * Research and pipeline talent, focusing on difficult to find passive candidates within target market segments.
    * Maintain continuous contact communication with both clients and candidates at every process stage.

The appointee will…

    * Have a genuine interest in engineering – be it manufacturing, services or technology based.
    * 1+ years’ recruitment experience preferred, ideally in a technical or engineering area.
    * Have an understanding of manufacturing engineering or similar through a third level qualification or industry experience.
    * Have a natural curiosity about people and the work they do.
    * Be naturally entrepreneurial and have the ability to thrive in a conceptual sales role.
    * Be a sales driven individual who embraces a team based culture.
