All General Office Administration Duties. All Secretarial Duties. Fluent in English and Arabic. Expert in Microsoft office. Telephone and Other reception Jobs. Basic Accounting Knowledge. Job duties include managing the office. Welcoming clients to the office. Maintaining the office. Answering phone calls. Keeping a record of incoming calls. Forwarding calls to the concerned staff. Organizing office documents and paperwork.
Follow-up the company emails, the social media on a daily basis, updating information on a daily basis. Driving license preferred Working hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm – with one hour brake. Salary: AED 2,000/- per month insurance will be provided Our Office is located at a Dubai Design District d3
