Supply Technician - military
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Part Time, Evening
Salary: $45.15 Daily for 3 hours per week, Dental Benefits, Pension Plan Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island (2 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Some high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required
Experience: Will train
Typing (Words Per Minute): 0 - 40 wpm
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials, Identify, label and catalogue items received, Store items in warehouse, tool room or supply area, Process incoming requisitions, Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, Ship, deliver or pick up parts, products or equipment, Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, Prepare and track work orders, Maintain records on inventory control system, Answer customer inquiries
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail
Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Writing, Communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Computer use
Other Information:Must be 16 years of age(parental consent require for under 18),Canadian citizen and have minimum of six grade 10 credits. This position requires successful applicant to join the military.
