This is a junior position to assist in mostly data checking on our websites to ensure all sites working properly.

Requirements: Experience or knowledge in Web Design, Graphic Design, Copy Write and General Administration. Diploma/similar will be an advantage for this position but not limited to. Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics. Excellent writing skills in English

Attention to detail: Good organizational and time-management skills, 2-3 years experience

Duties and Responsibilities: Ensuring that the software is operating correctly, Maintaining website security, Liaise with technical team to maintain website standards and usability and resolve technology issues, A creative problem solver that can take initiative, Ability to work under pressure, Ability to work as part of a team and independently, Carry out quality assurance checks on website content and resolve any broken links, typos or functionality erros, General Administration: Daily Reports (Google Analytics)

Establishes Web Systems by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration and testing of server hardware, software and operating system, management systems; defining system and operational policies and procedures.

Maintains Web system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis and performance tuning. Secures Web System by  developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation. Supporting our customer facing websites ensuring that they are running efficiently and constantly seeking to improve performance wherever possible

Personal Attributes: Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently. Great interpersonal skills. Self-motivated. Good with multitasking and deal with problems or challenges when it arises. Excellent listening and communication skills.

Salary: R7500-R10 000 depending on experience.
