Time Management Administrator in Sandton, Location, Sandton, Johannesburg, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time

Duties: Ensures employees time is correctly recorded on Time I Q, Ensures exception reports are produced and distributed to stakeholders from Time I Q within the deadlines. Responsible for the interface between Time IQ & SAP HCM and balancing thereof. Produce SAP time reports for distribution to Stores and Management. Update time records on SAP such as, Absences, Leave etc., via the necessary standard SAP transactions. Run reports for Payroll administrators to ensure checks and verification are done , Communication to stakeholders regarding non-conformance as well as remedial action. Addressing and resolving time queries and providing timeous feedback. Absolute adherence to payroll cut offs and Time cut offs.] Responsible for the Time specific transactions on SAP HCM. Monthly and weekly reporting to stakeholders

Adhoc : Assisting Payroll clerks, Payroll Managers, Human Capital Business Partners with general queries. Running of exception reports for stakeholders

Requirements: Matric. Degree/Diploma or a relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous. 5+ years’ experience as a Time administrator/Officer/ as well as experience working in a central payroll shared services environment. Valid drivers’, licence and reliable vehicle is essential. The vehicle must be roadworthy. Professional approach and service orientated, Polished communication skills. Sap time management essential
