Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Community Team to meet all financial deadlines. Import and reconcile campus Bank Statements. Post receipts on MDA Property Management. Manage debtors to achieve 0% bad debt. Prepare pre-billing, invoicing and statements and distribute them. Prepare monthly reconciliations of cash and other sales. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Maintain and enhance efficiency of internal financial reporting processes. Support strategic planning and review processes. Help drive KPI and finance accountability and visibility throughout the organization. Log CRM events for account queries. Manage account queries
