A great company is looking for a Baker.
Requirements: Matric, Recognised food qualification, At least 2 years’ experience in baking and pastry
Responsibilities: Good experience with baked goods, breads, preserves and pastries and the ability to quality-check the results. The ability to follow recipe instruction and to come up with new ideas. Maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen environment and sound principles of stock rotation
