 Previous experience in a full PA function. Must have worked for an individual on Director level previously. Strong organizational skills Excellent telephone technique and  ability to deal with high-level individuals. Fast and efficient typist, ideally wpm 55 or more. Ability to manage own time and ensure  that deadlines are met with limited supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent computer skills (MS Office programs). Excellent work ethic Ability to priorities work and work  under pressure. Maintain a professional demeanour at all times. Punctual and team player. Able to take own initiative Strong time management skills. Clear ITC and Criminal records

 RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide confidential, accurate and efficient level of administrative support and personal assistance to Director Supporting with ad hoc administrative requests and being able to priorities and ascertain importance of unscheduled requests. Preparing key documents and reports. Responsible for administration duties. Screening calls and relaying messages. Responsible for diary management. Coordinate meetings and appointments. Responsible for all travel arrangements. Supporting key company events, entitled: Personal Assistant
