We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager for our upcoming Mall.

Job Description: Professional Marketing Presentations, Marketing. Developing the Marketing Strategy and Marketing Plans for the mall in line with Malls objectives. Collaterals. Planning and implementing promotional campaign and offers. Events, Key Events planning, set up and execution (Private companies, Retailers, etc...). Developing an App (Loyalty Program) with our local businesses partner, design and integration. Handling all the social media platforms and interact with customers/ potential tenants. Web Contents and update daily, web analytics, google tag manager and social media integration. E-mail Marketing Campaign for potential tenants & Consumers (newsletter). BTL, ATL, TTL campaigns. Positioning. Create Annual and Monthly Marketing Budget covering Billboards, Radios, TV Channels, Digital Marketing, etc. Set-up all Social Media Platforms and website contents.

Qualification & Experience: Commercial acumen. Qualifications in marketing/business. Good interpersonal skills – team approach. Ability to work to deadlines and stay calm in pressure Understanding of retail marketing in particular the drivers of shopping. Degree qualified with 3-4 years’ experience in Mall, Retail, Consumer, Leisure or Hospitality marketing experience. environment.
