Position: We are a Stellenbosch based medical device manufacturer specializing in disposable products, selling both nationally and Internationally. An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual, with attention to detail to join our medium sized team as Sales Manager.

Main Duty: Assume responsibility for the management of all aspects concerning sales.

Key Duties: Help in meeting turn-over growth targets, Maintain motivation, performance, development and training of sales staff, Planning, setting & meeting sales goals, Selling to national & international clients and distributors. Developing strategies- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.

Abilities: Sell, influence and maintain relationships. Manage and lead other to sell (individuals and companies)

Requirements: Have at least 3 years’ experience in sales or sales management. Medical background or Market knowledge will be advantageous. Easy understanding of technical aspects. Be willing to travel.
