The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating leads, winning business and up-selling our services. The role holder will be part of a small business to business telesales team responsible for calling through a database of current, potential and existing customers to sell Postpaid and Device Plans.

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads by calling current, potential and existing customers and booking appointments for the Sales team. They will also be involved with various telemarketing campaigns and promotions.

Preferred Skills: Telecom, Customer care experience will be an advantage. Excellent customer service and client management skills. Ability to build rapport and build relationships over the phone. Have a confident and articulate phone manner. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Competence in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoin. Reducing turnaround time & enhanced first call resolution process. Organizing special promotions, displays and events. Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate sales planning. Follow plans and procedures in alignment with client and bureaucratic norms. Capable to do negotiations regarding variations in prices & customer specifications. Approach strategically by cold calls, networking and referrals manage territory/clients using technology , prioritization and management skills
