Education: Completion of high school
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan, organize and direct administrative services (signage, building and grounds maintenance, parking, etc.), Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical and other systems, Plan and manage budgets, Establish safety and security procedures, Recruit and hire staff, Train staff, Arrange training for staff, Conduct performance reviews
Ability to Supervise: 15 people or less
Security and Safety: Driver\'s validity licence check
