Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 Yearly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits, Medical Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Edmonton South, Alberta (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Professional Engineer Certification (P. Eng.)
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Commercial construction, Industrial construction
Human Resources Responsibility: 51 - 100
Budgetary Responsibility: $8,000,001 +
Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, Plan and manage budgets, Develop and implement quality control programs, Prepare reports
Additional Skills: Operate CADD system
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check, Driver\'s validity license check
Ability to Supervise: Working groups, Staff in various areas of responsibility
Essential Skills: Working with others, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing
Languages: English
