A well-established Restaurant & Bar is interviewing Candidates for a position of Management. The successful Candidate will join an existing Management team. The owner is hands-on, and provides first hand training.

The Ideal Candidate will be: Fully proficient in English. Driven & Self-Motivated. Have your own Motor Vehicle. A People's person. Competent on GAAP Point Of Sales, Excel and Word

As a Manager, you will, among other responsibilities, be required to: Host guests, supervise waiters and other Front Of House responsibilities. Hire and Train Staff. Ordering of Food & Beverages. Food & Beverage weekly stock reconciliation. quality control of products
