Call centre agent - customer service (Bilingual Customer Solutions Representative)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Overtime, Day, Evening
Salary: $12.25 Hourly for 37.5 hours per week

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet software, Internet browser
Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Receive and log complaints, Investigate complaints, Receive application forms, Order supplies and maintain inventory
