Junior Desktop Support Agents, R10k per Month, Northern Suburbs, Location, Bellville, Northern Suburbs, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time, Well-established company is seeking service orientated Junior Desktop Support Agents (preferably immediately available) to form part of their dynamic team.

Requirements: Grade 12 – subjects: Mathematics (essential), Computer Science (bonus). Good working knowledge of MS Office – Certified. 18-24 months Service Desk experience with direct customer support in a technical environment is required. Strong trouble shooting abilities in the technical / Networking environment. IT Certificate / Diploma (advantageous). Own transport and driver’s license essential. Good communicator in the English language, both verbal and written. Prepared to work shifts. Strong Customer Service skill. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
