Job Title: Business Analyst System Developer

Description: As Business Analyst, System Developer, you will maintain all aspects of our IT infrastructure. You will apply your expertise to plan and complete pending IT projects, which include ERP database updates, ERP system improvements through the use of Business Intelligence best practices, creating Crystal Reports, infrastructure setup for remote locations, and finding process efficiencies and cost savings.
Key Position Highlights:Business Intelligence and Continuous Improvement
a. Business Intelligence reporting of key company metrics to Senior Management
b. Assess improvement initiatives in an effort to develop and provide user friendly interfaces to the ERP System where appropriate
c. Organize international factory and office systems as well as IT infrastructure
d. Implement ERP into international office and manufacturing locations
Ongoing Infrastructure and Support
Business Analysis and ERP Support
a. Support users with ERP issues and resolution
b. Consult with users to identify current operating procedures, understand business objectives, and plan and implement efficiency and improvement initiatives.
c. Create ongoing Crystal Reports requested to meet business needs and requirements
Network maintenance
a. Install, maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software and network operating system for daily operations
b. Maintain and monitor network security
IT infrastructure
a. Create and maintain network schematics that shows IT infrastructure being used by company.
b. Ensure compliance to the IT Department’s budgets and expenditures
c. Develop necessary IT procedures and disaster recovery solutions
d. Maintain current and accurate inventory of IT hardware, software, and resources
Desired Skills and Experience
SQL database administration, SSRS
ERP systems setup and maintenance- Knowledge of Epicor is an asset
Experience integrating remote offices into a system to enhance communication and accessibility
Experience and working knowledge with Crystal Reports- Ability to modify and develop Crystal Reports
5 plus years of full service IT support
Ability to effectively work within a budget
Experience developing and implementing procedures and guidelines to support operational processes
Strong business acumen
