Your Duties: Manages, administrates and supports two or more of the following applications: Exchange, Lync, E-Vault and Mobile Device Management Analyzes and resolves team related issues in a timely manner. Ensures appropriate hardware and software requirements are defined. Assists with capacity planning and performance monitoring, ensuring tuning is conducted and reviewed for the products supported by the team Assists with the support of the team’s disaster recovery plans Part of team’s on-call technical support Analyzes system or application usage and assists with the plans for growth Supports corporate policies, procedures and best practices pertinent to supporting IT environment. Administers and maintains end user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Your Capabilities and Credentials: College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 4 years equivalent work experience. MCSE 2000/2003 preferred, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Enterprise environment. Working technical knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems, including Windows 2003/2008 servers. Solid knowledge and experience with MS Exchange (2007 or later) Solid understanding of Active Directory Knowledge of E-Vault and Mobile Device Management desired BES experience would be an asset Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills. Highly self-motivated and directed and keen attention to detail. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Strong customer service orientation.
