Property Administration - Rental and Accounts Administrator, Location, City Centre, Cape Town, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time. Private Property Group, owning a Commercial & Residential Portfolio, requires a Rental and Accounts Administrator. Experience in Basic Financial Accounting is a prerequisite. Experience in the specific area of Property Rental and Account Management would be an advantage. A Diploma in Financial Accounting would be an advantage.
Job Description: Rental Debit Order Management. Analysis and Recovery on monthly water, electricity, rates and other charges. Analysis of monthly Landlord Statements for the individual properties within the portfolio. Analysis and payment of a substantial number of Municipal rates. water and electricity accounts. Supervision of monthly creditor payments. Liaison with auditors. Ability to deal confidently with tenants. Good knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of Property Management programmes such as MDA an advantage.
