Applicant must have at least one of the following qualifications: ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / CIDESCO

Key Performance duties include: Ensuring companies operating procedures and protocol are adhered to,  Knowledge of the beauty industry. Performing treatments on Clients. Being reachable at all times. Establish spa budgets and financial goals. Inventory products and order of new supplies. Training staff. Arranging shifts for staff. Arranging staff leave. Reporting weekly/daily to Head Office. Responsible for quality of Customer Care. Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Responsible for generating sales. Responsible for motivation of staff.Management experience is essential.

Soft skills: Professional. Presentable. Positive and energetic. Excellent communication and presentation skills

Salary: Qualification and experience dependent. Basic + Commission
