Description: A restaurant in Downtown Dubai, is in need of Lebanese Sous Chef. Candidates must be under UAE PR, with hotel AND Lebanese fine dining experience with no less than 3 year’s experience. Job would be assisting the Chefs in any kitchen preparations, coordinating with the suppliers, par-stocking, making roster and different kitchen reports as deemed.
