Established Manufacturing and Retail Company in the Northern Suburbs is seeking to employ a Marketing Coordinator.

Purpose of position: To develop & implement a promotional and advertising plan to increase brand equity and drive sales.

Responsibility Core Capabilities / Activities: Create a strategic Media Plan. Formulate and manage impactful consumer promotions in line with such plan. Liaising with graphic artist for material required. Liaising with various print media and radio service providers. Negotiating rates and bookings of advertising ( print & radio). Creating in store Marketing Material concepts. Market analysis, track & compare pricing with other retailers and ensure that pricing falls within our pricing strategy. measurement of promotion effectiveness across 25 retail branches. Understanding G.P's and pricing structure. Update website content on a regular basis. Have an understanding of Google Analytics. Create and manage a Brito's Facebook page. Create customer newsletter. Computer literacy - Word, Excel, Power Point. Sound presentation, negotiation & time management skills. Excellent people management, communication and interpersonal skills & experience. Willing to do store visits in order to maintain and develop in store branding. Display high levels of energy and passion for the job. Minimum 5 years brand, trade and FMCG marketing experiences. Experience in food industry highly advantageous. Good analytical planning skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills
