The candidate must posses the following: 3 years experience in a similar role. Own transport non-negotiable. Be a strong leader. Work weekends / public holidays / night shifts. Be comfortable in running the restaurant financials, GPs, admin & staff entirely independently without supervision

This is a great position looking to grow in a very strong restaurant group, with the entire restaurant being your responsibility without any supervision. Should you not meet the above requirements, your application will not be considered.
