Experienced Managers Required for Fast Casual Restaurants, Location, Rondebosch, Southern Suburbs, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time. We are looking for young, ambitious and experienced restaurant managers with a strong work ethic who have at least 3 years of genuine restaurant management experience to join our stores in the Cape Town city bowl, Claremont, Meadowridge / Constantia and Durbanville areas. Hardworking, energetic candidates with a passion for customer service excellence, solid management experience and good references.

Specific Requirements: Three to five years restaurant management experience, preferably in all aspects of a restaurant operation (FOH and BOH), including stock management, stock ordering, supplier and financial management. A genuine team player with strong people management and leadership skills in order to effectively manage and motivate a staff complement of 20 -35 inlcuding kitchen staff, waitrons and delivery drivers. A warm, friendly personality with a passion for service and customer interaction. Strong POS skills and experience, preferably with PILOT including stock and financial management aspects of POS software. Experience in a national franchised brand would be beneficial
