Location, Other, Pretoria / Tshwane, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time, Floor Managers Needed Famous, Upmarket Restaurant / Night Club seeks to employ a Floor Manager with at least 2 year's working experience as a Floor Manager in the hospitality industry, must be computer literate in Word Excel etc. Must be fluent in English, well presented and have a customer focused work ethic. The successful candidate will be required to work shifts and weekends and to be able to work under pressure.

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria: Minimum Grade 12. Front house Manager or other relevant Hospitality Qualification will be an added advantage. PC literate. Hospitality qualification ( preferably ). Relevant experience in similar establishment necessary as Floor Manager. Well-presented, well-spoken and fluent in English. Shows initiative as well as innovation. Prepared to’ go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer experience. Embraces challenge and demonstrates self-discipline and a willingness to learn. Able to work shifts. Must have a clear criminal record with contactable references

Responsibility: Key Areas of Responsibility: Welcoming customers. Must have Management experience in the same industry. Must have a target driven attitude. Be well groomed and presentable with a strong personality. To be constantly aware of daily specials availability to sell on an on-going basis. To receive and deal with all telephone and verbal inquiries and ensure that all messages are taken and distributed in the correct manner. To deal effectively and courteously with “difficult” and complaining customers. Dealing with any and all special needs or requests from customers during their visit. Assisting with reservations for customers as and when required. Responsible to operate within the Policies and Procedures of the company. Maintaining the standards of the company

Occasional Duties: To perform any other extra duties as directed by Management. To be available to work overtime if required, at the request of Management. Salary and management benefits would be discussed during interview.
