Landscaping Foreman/Woman (Landscaping - Lead Hand)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day
Salary: $18.50 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Driver\'s licence
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Area of Specialization: Landscape installation, Lawn care, Grounds maintenance
Machinery and Equipment: Chain saw, Tractor mower, Tractor, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment
Specific Skills: Supervise landscaping and grounds maintenance labourers, Establish work schedules and procedures, Resolve work related problems, Train workers, Maintain performance records, Prepare production reports
Security and Safety: Bondable
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Work Site Environment: Outdoors
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver\'s licence, Own transportation, Drive manual transmission vehicle
