Business analyst/Project Lead


Business analyst/ Project leader required for my financial client based in Dublin City Centre.


My client are in the process of creating a PMO and are looking for someone to join their Operations Team.


Ideally candidates will have the following experience:


    * · Experience in the tools and methodologies of project management

    * · Know the fundamentals of Project Management

    * · Will be an advocate to educate employees on project management

    * · Business coordination

    * · At least three years experience of working in multidisciplinary teams with at least two years experience of managing work streams in a larger project/program,

    * · Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.

    * · Proven experience with SDLC/PM frameworks-i.e. PMI, Prince, PMP.


Key responsibilities of the successful BA/Project leader:


    * Ensure projects delivered adhere to standard project management delivery methodologies.

    * Ensure all project work outputs are consistent in methodology/format and address the release scope and requirements, and where changes or re-baselines are necessary, that appropriate change control process are followed.

    * Review quality and health of project deliverables.

    * Identify and implement areas that will improve increase efficiency and productivity of the PMO.

    * Support COO in business planning and financial management processes.
