A progressive IT outsourcing company seeks to appoint a vibrant and energetic young helpdesk person to assist with a contract position for a period of a year. Ideally you should be well presented; be matriculated; have an IT tertiary education (preferably a MCSE or CCNA qualification) -and have excellent customer service; communication and call center experience. Together with your availability and salary expectation.
