Responsibility: The role will cover the following Key Results Areas HR business partnering; Liaising and consulting with business stakeholders to provide advice regarding systems, best practice, tools and processes, role profiling and job descriptions (35%). Leadership Development (Operational) Design leadership development programme, Implement leadership development programme (35%). Employee Engagement (15%). Organisational Culture (10%). Employee Assessment (5%). Candidates must have at least 3 years experience and be a registered and capable psychometrist. SA only.
