Customs Tariff Entry Clerk, Location: Boksburg Gauteng, Offer: R 14,000 Basic + benefits after probation period + 13th Cheque, Available: Immediate, Type: Permanent. An established Company based in Boksburg is looking for a well presented and experienced Custom Tariff Entry Clerk

Preferred Minimum Education, Qualification and Experience: Grade 12 Certificate. 5-10 Years working experience in Customs or Excise or Clearing agents/Freight forwarders. Knowledge & understanding of GATT, Customs & excise procedures will be an advantage. Application of HS Codes to products. Computer Literate. Previous experience in International trade industry. Strong mathematical skills. Good customer relations – proven track record of employment. Tests will be conducted to demonstrate knowledge of tariff coding and price sourcing

Essential Requirements: Previous coding experience essential. Ability to work under little supervision. Good command of the English business language, both written & spoken. Able to work in a fast pace multi task environment. Able to work under pressure. Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential information. Professional & ethical at all times.
