Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience. A proven track record of achieved targets. Experience in dealing with the construction industry. Experience in dealing within the retail sector, specifically in hardware and sanitary. Sales and marketing knowledge in the construction / retail industry. Merchandising experience. Market (customer) knowledge. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Industry and competitor knowledge. Networking skills. Business acumen and insight. Performance management skills. Time management skills. Target driven. Strong organizational and planning skills. Solid knowledge and understanding of the industry sector

Responsibility Duties: Contract Sales. Quotations. After sales support. Add on sales. Document management. Following up on payments of customers as confirmation of quotation. Meet company targets and budgets. Develop and maintain relationships. Identify and develop new business by cold calling and networking within the industry. Articulate and understand specific customer requirements. Build a client database. Identify gaps in the industry. Understand industry sector and relevant key stakeholders. Know competitors within the industry. Salary: R15 000 - R 20 000
