Company Description: Merchants, a Leading BPO, which has been, and is a highly successful call centre for 20+ years. One of it's International Clients' is currently seeking Customer Service Consultants on their Nightshift Campaign.

For this role you will need: Minimum 1 year Customer Service or Contact Centre Experience essential. Experience in Retail / Hospitality / IT related fields. Ability to navigate across different systems Billing, credits and debtors understanding / ability to understand statements.

Qualifications: Matirc/NQF equivalent. Knowledge of Internet, Navigation and Personal Computers (PCs). Advance technical knowledge and knowledge of troubleshooting is advantageous- ASDL/Internet. Microsoft Outlook. Multichannel navigation
