We are looking for an Experienced Designer (Flooring-Carpets) Responsibilities and requirements: AutoCAD drafting with minimum 3-4 years experience (UAE experience will be preferred). Architectural ,Interior Design with FF& E experience. Must have full knowledge about Interior layout, material, sketch, Rendering. Must able to prepaid full set of shop drawing for project. Interior, Furniture & Floor layout with 3D presentation. Must be able to make material submitals, Technical specification for materials, Must be able to make artwork for Walls & Floors. Must be able to prepare mood board, color selection, strike off, presentation. Space planning. Free hand sketching. Must be able to prepare the detailed BOQ. Must able to make Graphic designs, Brochure, newsletter and digital floor designs, Fluent in English and able to coordinate with Factories. Must be able to prepare Production plan site measurements & quantities Software required: AutoCad,Photoshop,3D Max ,V ray, Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw, Microsoft Office especially fluent in (Excel sheet)
