Butchery Supervisor, Location, City Centre, Durban City, Job Type Full-Time, A leading retail store, in the Durban CBD requires the service of a butchery supervisor.

Candidate should be proficient in the following: Cutting meat of all types Costings. Knowledge of stock take Formulating GP's. Block tests Food safety and hygiene. Ordering and receiving. Planning and People and communication. Should be a team player, who is able to communicate, work well with others and work without supervision. Should have their own reliable transport and n able to work shifts. Must have at least 3-5 years experience as a butchery supervisor or related role.
