Desired Candidate Profile: Must possess minimum of 1 YEAR experience in real estate (MUST BE in UAE) Preferably Russian Nationality Must have a detailed knowledge of property, contract and agency laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property. Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson. Proven track of successful sales record. Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills. With UAE License preferred Pleasant and trustworthy

SALARY PACKAGES Basic Salary (3 packages option) + Commission + Medical Insurance+Transportation 1. 3000 + 30% Commission 2. 1500 + 50% Commission 3. 60% Commission
