Great Opportunity To work as a Contact Centre Operational Management Assistant For One Of South Africa's Leading Financial Services Providers. Great Opportunity To Work For A Well Established Financial Institution In The Northern Suburbs.

Our client is looking for a operational management assistant who meets the following criteria: Have a minimum of 3 years operational and/or personal assistant experience. Have Matric – copy of matric certificate must accompany your application. Business reporting experience essential (creating, consolidating, presenting etc). Extremely Reliable (preferably own transport). Microsoft Office experience – intermediary level or above preferable. Have a very good level of experience in a target driven environment. Attention to detail and perseverance extremely important. Have excellent communication skills. Have good internal locus of control. Have problem-solving skills. Have a high sense of responsibility. Must have excellent verbal and writing skills. Be able to work overtime from time to time.
