Location, Meyerton, Sedibeng, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time. Communications Company based in Henley on Klip (between Alberton and Vereeniging) are looking for young dynamic Data Capturers/Admin Assistants.

The successful candidates will be required to do the following but not limited to: Capture and validate all Insurance Sales. Capture and validate all Insurance Quotes/Claims etc. Sorting and indexing of documentation. Daily/weekly and monthly administration reporting feedback. Feedback to Management and Compliance of any errors on administration. Follow up on all outstanding documentation or information. Email scanned successful applications to relevant department. Filling, Scanning, Printing, Adhoc company administration, Adhoc company errands, driving, collections etc. Assisting other divisions with workload. This is a high volume environment.

Requirements: Passed Matric, Valid drivers license, Working experience 2years in similar type role, Computer literate – MS suite of Excel, Word and E-mail is essential, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong planning and organising ability, Ability to work under pressure, Client care.  Good judgement and problem solving skills. Good interpersonal skills. Conflict handling. High Energy and Possitive. Ability to work both independently and within a team context. Self motivated. Must be able to work without supervision
