Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years experience in Retail Butchery. Butchery related qualification would be an advantage

Responsibility: 36 staff will be reporting to the manager. Ordering of Stock. Block Tests. Preparing Cutting Lists. Come up with Promotion Items. Sales and marketing development. People management and the ability to lead a team of qualified personnel. Procurement of fresh meat and other products. Stock control and inventory management. Financial and business acumen. Commitment to the growth of the butchery. Developing strong customer relations.
