Debtors Clerk Location, Berea & Musgrave, Durban City
Responsibilities: Supplier invoice capturing. Supplier reconciliations to supplier statements. Supplier credit note capturing. Debt collections. Bank capturing and bank reconciliation. Customer invoicing. Capturing customer credit notes. Aging of customers
The individual will require very good client liaison skills, and the ability to communicate in a professional manner. Must preferably be a non-smoker. Must be Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel.
The individual must be able to work under deadline pressure and with minimal supervision
Minimum requirements:- 2-4 yrs related exp. Matric + Bookkeeping Diploma preferred Pastel / Quickbook & Excel Own transport.
