Midweight/Senior Digital Account Manager Location, Other, Cape Town, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time. Our client is a full service, integrated advertising agency and has some of the biggest retail clients in SA. They are looking for a very strong digital account manager to work in the CRM team for one of the biggest retailer groups in Africa.

Requirements and Competencies: 2 to 5 years account management experience in an advertising agency. Must have a proven track record in CRM and a full understanding of communication across all platforms and channels. Must possess strong ability to manage a very big portfolio together with the project manager as well as be able to manage the Client base. Must be able to work within a team. Must be able to cope with pressure. Must be able to communicate well, control meetings, ensure process and systems are followed on all sides. This an Employment Equity position.
