Business Development Manager - Dubai, UAE, Job Functional Area, Business Development, Total Position, 1, Required Gender, Female, Minimum Experience, 5 Years. Civil Construction company looking for Female Business Development Manager who is having experience in UAE market in same field, who can contribute to increase the sales. preference will be given to Arabic speaker who is having own vehicle with driving license.

Analyze trends and results in the emerging market and builds sales strategies. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. Responsible for developing executing the business development plan. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base. Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue for the BU's. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas. Maintains current data base of existing and potential referral sources. Utilizes sales practices and tracking tools. Continually developing company brand and increasing awareness in the market place Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders Monitoring competitors and reviewing your employer's offering in light of competitors developments Arrange and conduct meetings with potential client management, staff and supervisory personnel. Create high quality presentations that explain company's character, policies, skills, resources, and capabilities. Determine client needs and evaluate company resources and capabilities in light of those needs. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Provides expertise and direction for the day to day management of bid packages in the development pipeline. Provides client specific opportunity assessment, market evaluation, market research, financial evaluation, and other marketing needs required throughout the proposal preparation and delivery process. Incorporates customer needs and input/ feedback from both internal and external groups.
