Location, Middelburg, Mpumalanga, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time. A fast-growing company in the HVAC sector based in Groblersdal is seeking to employ an experienced Projects / Operations Manager.

Minimum requirements: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate. Relevant Tertiary Education / Certificates. Minimum of 5 years similar experience in the Commercial and Industrial HVAC Sector on a project management or foreman level. Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills. Valid Driver’s License with reliable transport.

Key areas of performance (not limited to): Understand the entire scope of the project. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. Plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Develop and manage a cost budget to meet estimated margin. Determine the resources (time, staff, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project. Enhance client relationship with proactive and positive communication. Travelling to sites for visits and documenting reports for customers and internal office team. Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards. Prepare and implement a communication plan that meets the client reporting requirements and keeps all personnel involved in the project informed.
